Seriously, nice job. Every time I see one of these vids it stokes my irrational interest in owning a Vanagon, though I have no actual need for such a large daily driver.
Funny you should post a video today...I finally had a need to use my GB40 jump pack this morning after I ran an errand and left my lights on in the parking lot. Had no problem jump starting my 4 cylinder engine with the GB40, so nuts to everybody who was dissing them in your earlier videos!

You should have taken the hubs off to punch out the wheel bolts. The impacts could have twisted the hub. And the grooves are called splines not narraled parts. Should have put a skim of copperslip to allow them to seat easier

After 4 months and the suspension settling, I get a very slight rub in front when I have the wheel turned at full radius and I am backing up. (It’s the point when you hear the power steering groaning at you. ) It’s not bad and I just slightly back it off, which I should do anyway due to the power steering load.
