In the IT sector there are 5 working days out of week 5*4 = 20 days out of week If they give 3 more leaves, then working days will be 17 days so companies will start discriminating while hiring and local companies & startups can't handle this because they don't have enough funds. Companies already do discrimination while hiring women employees as they have to give maternity leave if government impliment 3 days menstrual leave then they will think twice before hiring women employees which will increase discrimination against them
Rest holiday will be given by the companies ,schools ,colleges or further institutions during this time period .. Women suffered a lot in this time ...hope this decision good for the Society

Pain must be taken into a/c 3-4 days or the estimated 100 hours(+/-50hours to the estimated menstruation time) is alright but more than that would cause an affect which might be burdened on a side and then either they may Crump to the pressure or default to it Some people may also opt not to hire females as a priority As a Negative Cause When we live in a time everything is becoming contractual and legally fit, why would one wants an unnecessary litigation Then, we left with a choice where women might hire more women into their organisation or the ones which are either supporter of this policy or are okay with it While we areaware of the other side which is stricter in its books and won't rebate anything, they will follow the hierarchy and never allow any disturbance in their model of operation 😑 There are people who are unofficial that they won't pay even for the under work or late work due to miscarriage or baby making process and expecting their employees to not to make excuses about pregnancy thing within the paid work period 🤔 We all know it, it's just unofficial, so it won't be proved They can also balance in weekly offs (if available) if any organisation is denying to have it
This will effect bad way upon the recruitment drives for women. Already they are less favoured due to maternity, child care leave and other social issues.

I don't need leave ..... it's okay if someone women want but first day is enough..... at teenagers it's difficult to manage cramps but after adulthood we can manage I think mostly women yes first day fir few women difficult so it's because of lack of exercises because I am sports person when does not long time physical activities then little feel pain.... and second reason of cramps at lack of proper nutrition specially vitamin E Agr aisy hi leave milti rahi to 10 - 15 din ki chutti ise acha kaam hi na karo phir I don't know why women want to equal or defend always womanhood.... @@ajayarya99 bhai first of all women ask that they want equal rights and can do whatever they want to do as a men from clothings to drinking and smoking but at the mean time they also want to take benifit for being a woman what a hypocrisy by them, first meternity leave then now period leave... meternity leave could be quite understood now period leave as well, if they face these much problem then they should join a sector which is desirable for them. Imagine if men faced some problem similar maternity leave went through a major accident which required bed rest for a couple of months just think how many companies are there to grant normal unpaid leave (I'm not talking about paid leave) most of the companies would remove them (if there is no bond there).I strongly believe that women and men are not completely equal they both have their own strengths and weaknesses and they have to work accordingly. About the menstrual leave what I suggest is let it be unpaid leave or if leave can also be made paid by exchanging it with the general holiday like working Sunday and Saturday when others have the leave and meanwhile women are totally healthy, by this way companies will also not hesitate hiring female workers and male will also not feel discriminated and also female also get the equality they desire
Then ...they should work on getting stronger through exercises and workouts. By giving this type of leaves, it will only prove that women are weaker and they need more leaves so they should better be at homes . Being a woman myself I'm against this. sorry for that... But it will only increase the discrimination towards female employees... The employers will not prefer a female employee since it'll cause them loss. However, the women who feel that much pain can take unpaid leaves .. 🍁
