I just started my spring semester today and I have human physiology tomorrow, and needed this so bad. I have been stressing about it because the content seems difficult to understand. I'm praying that I'm going to pass this class as I need to pass my classes to get into the nursing program. Thank you ❤
Taking it right now for the 3rd time (by choice, because I like the class), this time accelerated. Love this class... but the teacher makes a difference for sure. If you have a bad teacher it really can blow it for you.
Getting ready for Physiology and taking Microbiology at the same time ... This is the end of my prerequisites...I pray I survive!! Thanks for the encouragement.
In the middle of taking A&P getting my Nursing Pre-reqs outta the way. So far not so bad, but one thing I will say is if you dont make the time for it, you'll def have a harder time than others.
who will pick, a 4.3 professor or a 3.6 professor despite that the 3.6 professor is a MD according to the ratemyprofessors.com and the 4.3 intervenes with a class I want to take for writing essays practice ...
I start A&P1 this semester. I have heard horror stories. But what I see from watching videos is that if you stay consistent with going to class and studying everyday you will be successful
Thank you so much Ben for sharing these inspiring tips for mastering the A&P. I’m about to start studying A&P next month and I hope your study tips for A&P will help me passing the hardest topics in nursing. The nursing RUclips videos that you and your wife share on your RUclips channel are really helpful to me. Thank you once again for your help and generosity of sharing all these nursing videos on your RUclips channel.
Thank you for sharing! :) One concern, is better to take anatomy by itself? what advice you would give if someone wants physiology and anatomy together?
+Cari Baez I took Anatomy and Physiology together...it was actually offered as a course together. I was glad to have them both over. I would recommend you take them together because the classes go together and it will be easier studying because they share the same material. I hope that helps. -Ben
+RegisteredNurseRN Why is so important to have the best professor for anatomy despite that anatomy is hard already? well, I love professors who challenge me but also who care for my curiosity._. so I am confused now.
I have a bit trouble with the organic chemistry like ethers, thiols, aldehydes, ketones, and especially the oxidation. is There a quick answer to remember the oxidation for these. .. please..
+Cari Baez I didn't have to take organic chemistry. So, I'm not familiar with any mnemonics. However, I would check Pinterest and search for organic chemistry mnemonics. I did this and found these mnemonics....may be there are some that will help you with the oxidation: www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=organic%20chemistry%20mnemonics&term_meta%5B%5D=organic%7Ctyped&term_meta%5B%5D=chemistry%7Ctyped&term_meta%5B%5D=mnemonics%7Ctyped&remove_refine=oxidation%7Ctyped I hope that helps. -Ben
I took intro a&p part 1&2 since I have adhd I still failed I just don’t k ow how to study can you help me so that I can pass since I’m going to radiography
Same here, I cant process it. If I fail this semester, I cant take the Ts test, and likely wont get into the nursing program at my school til fall 2022. Probably gonna to have to switch my major again. My financial aid just keeps going up and up. I'm about to just say fuck it. Depression setting in. I'm pretty much done with life
I'd recommend using the study guide that goes with your textbook (if they make one). That way, you'll know it covers the material your professor wants you to know.
So I have a question I’m going to be taking the online class of A & P I’m getting my prerequisites out the way for the nursing program but my question is it says a recommendation is to have taken general bio first and I did take it like 7 years ago when I first went to college I don’t remember it........do you think I’d have a hard time with A&P because I don’t remember Bio??? Thanks for your time

Thank you. Reading the vocab makes me instantly sleepy, its so hard to comprehend when there are so many unfamiliar words/pronunciations.
I am getting lost with the small details in anatomy how can I differentiate the small details and understand the bigger picture?
This is a problem with the way it's taught. I have the same problem at my university in Australia, they don't know how to teach concepts well

Hi.. thank you for this video. What is the best study guide would you recommend for A&P?
I'd recommend using the study guide that goes with your textbook (if they make one). That way, you'll know it covers the material your professor wants you to know.
