where i used to work, had their own grinders, but it was only a certain plastic they would grind back up and reuse. in their bright wisdom of moving factories, they decided to scrap off the grinder. It saved them a fortune just reusing the same plastics again. But they decided on letting a company deal with it and get fines for mixed plastics.

I think this is the worst factory that I have ever seen, and I have worked in a few crappy ones but never in anything with those low standards of safety or general condition of the place. Hats off to the workers, I wonder if there is much labor turnover.
