I am overwhelmed at the comprehensiveness of this video, but delighted to have discovered it among the hundreds of similar-topic tutorials. I especially appreciate the basic-technique teaching! Thank you Sharon!!
Thank you so much Sharon. I really really enjoyed watching you create the stunning and beautiful centre piece. I’ve been flower arranging for years and years, and I’ve learnt such a lot by watching you. And you are very very talented and good at teaching us all. Please stay safe and well too xxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤
Thank you for teaching the basics of floral arranging. I enjoy your channel. I live in the US. I just started buying charity store containers & using artificial floral & greenery. You have taught me so much. My maiden name is Vicars & my father's family was from England😊
Thank you for sharing how to design different Floral arrangements .Applying Mathematics in some of my designs really helps. Your floral designs are the best.
I really appreciate how you TEACH these designs. Ive been using your tips with my own staff, making it easier to explain different designs styles to them. thank you
Thank you for this video Sharon! I completely concur with other commentators - the teaching element that you bring in terms of practical explanations is exceptional - really, really useful for people who are inexperienced. Looking forward to watching others in the channel. Am sure they will help me to enhance my own floral design practice.
I just watched all your new table arrangement videos and came back to this one too to collect ideas and relearn the tips and tricks 😍 I really wanted to do a table arrangement in a little flat square container, but finding one seems to be a challenge 🤔. Anyway thank you for sharing all these great ideas 😍
You could use a flat square tray to make this and you could make it the same size on each side rather than a diamond shape. This would give you a squarer design.
Why are you still using floral foam when we know it is one of the very worst plastics in the environment. Sorry to say I stopped watching as soon as you started talking about it.
Thanks Christina, we do know its a single plastic and you will find many tutorials on the platform that show you how to arrange flowers in more sustainable manners. Unfortunately here in the UK there aren't many environmentally friendly options available commercially for the hobby flower arranger and florists and these videos are aimed at arrangers who want to learn the skills to arrange in foam. Pop over and look at my other videos that use chicken wire or come back in the new year to look at some videos using some commercial options.
@@sharondower thank you for your prompt reply. It’s not just that it’s a single use plastic that can’t be recycled, but that it breaks down to the worst kind of plastic pollution in the soil. I will look at your other videos as I read the glowing appreciation of your tutorials.
Thank you very much. I have been following flowe arrangements for a year now from you tube and you are the only one who properly teach.
