A major setback has taken place when we reached Mahabaleshwar.. we shared an unfortunate event in this vlog.. have a look..
This is a lesson learnt for you.. Always book with offline travel agents as there is one contact number to change date, cancel, change hotel etc all with one single phone call. You should also have called the hotel directly since you travel with a pet.

Main think is that you don't know in 5 star hotel they really care about highly maintain hygiene...!
I hope u know Novotel and Hyatt regency is also 5 star..they are pet friendly..we have stayed there at least 10 times with our Persian cat..
Bro.. its your mistake... Problem is with Agoda and not of Marriott. Most of its hotels are not pet friendly, you should have spoken with the resort earlier.
Yes..I should have spoken..but the behaviour of Marriott staff was merciless..they didn’t help while they admitted that they have received the entire amount..anyway..now I am seeing many of their hotels are pet friendly..
@@ratreeslifecorner Usually despite of the class of room you book, there will be a representative from Marriott to greet and speak about your stay, its strange that they have not done it. I was about to book Courtyard in Mahabaleshwar, after seeing the video I am thinking to reconsider. :)
You should directly book through the hotel website,never book through these middle booking agents especially Agoda,we were once refused a room at 4 in the morning when we were travelling with kids ,the hotel said agoda doesnt pay them so they cant give us room .we had to pay again and book them and there as it was early in the morning.agoda is fraud .
Really feeling sorry for your harassment with kids..Agoda itself now a puzzle for us..

U should have checked....hotels mention whether they are pet friendly or not
We have checked through Agoda app..it was written clearly that they are pet friendly..but unfortunately the information was wrong..and it was impossible to contact any person of Agoda..coz there is no way to contact with them..
@@ratreeslifecorner Then change " MARRIOTT ne lagaya 45...." mention AGODA ne lagaye....when Agoda has misguided you why blame the hotel...good we checked the complete info or else we were getting misguided by you as we were about to cancel our stay at Marriott ...
Also Agoda mentions the contact number of all hotels on their booking confirmation....u could have called and cross checked with Marriott...
You are partially right..but it’s very unfortunate that when we reached Marriot they said they have received the entire amount but will not help us to contact with Agoda..and the behaviour of them was too rude..we asked for refund but they straightaway said not a single penny will not be refunded..if you think this is a very good gesture from them then I have nothing to say bro..
Thanks for your suggestion but the way they treated us and not a single penny has been refunded it’s really not possible for us to change that caption..coz to us it’s fully justified..
