If not a diary, like the other army suggested. Why not make army friends? Online is a good way too. Ofcourse you must be careful, but at the same time they wont judge you, they will be ARMYs, your second family. They will help you calm yourself down if they cant solve your problem. Try it, love💜

My friend also have committed suicide last week and she had scars on her arms and sime other places too I'm regretting my dumbness cuz she told me that she hurt herself and I told her not to but she gave some other suicidal signs and the next day I found out that she died😢 She was a good person and a kind girl😢
