There's a yoga called Neech Bhang Raj Yoga (Cancelation of debility). In this chart if mercury or Jupiter is sitting in a Kendra from lagna, the debilitation will get cancelled.

Navamsa chart is different from main birth chart - hence navamsa ascendant and planetary placements are often different from main birth chart. Search "Scropio rising in navamsa" to find his video on Scorpio ascendant in navamsa.

The main birth chart remains the same anyway, just the navamsa houses change.

It is not debilitated. In western astrology it is in sagittarius. Vedic makes little sense fir those born in the northern hemisphere.
