Just keep doubting Michigan that's ok ... know this though these boys are ready to defend their title and they are dam serious....
Dang Skippy GO BLUE FOREVER 💙
It is not a matter of doubting. It is all about FACTS. Harbaugh leaves and is replaced by an unknown. All assistants had to be replaced, Two coaches were fired for driving drunk. Mike Hart was not rehired. The top 7 O- linemen are gone, Half the defense is gone. The best QB in MIchigan history is gone. 30 of the 1st and 2nd string from last year is gone. Recruiting is not going well. NiL is way behind
Come on over FSU to the B1G! Gooooo Bluuuuuueeeeee Baby!
This is one FSU fan that wants us in the BIG over the SEC.
As much as i want to believe Michigan can win the Big Ten four years in a row, I also see a 2-3 loss season. I really hope they prove me wrong!
Michigan proved they didn't need 5 stars when they set a record of having the most seniors and grade students on their roster because of Covid. Thirty in total on their first and second string last year. Now Michgan is too cheap to get 5 Stars and high 4 stars
Yeah those days are gone dude
@taxisquad11 False. Geez taxi, don't you get tired posting the same false narrative on Michigan videos over and over.
You all say Michigan had 45 seniors last year.
Guess how many OSU has this year? 42!
But OSU fans all like to say "Michigan had the most 6th year players ever".
All of this is easy to prove incorrect by a simple search of rosters on the internet.
But hey, if you need to make things up to cope, go ahead.
@@jona.scholt4362 DO NOT LIE. I NEVER said anything about 45 Seniors. What I said, which is undeniable, if you are capable of doing the required research is..... Michigan had THIRTY Seniors and Grad Students on their First and Second Strings last year. I don't give a shat about Seniors who are 3rd and 4th stingers, They have nothing to do with winning games.
I never get tired of posting FACTS, DATA and TRUTH, every place I see LIES.
Even to the ignorant it is obvious Ohio State has a lot of Seniors this year. As a dozen players that would have been drafted this year came back for their Senior year. Which is rare at Ohio State, as they have so many 5-stars and players developed, that they have a bunch leave after their Junior year.
An FYI for you in this regard. The Sporting News predicts Ohio State will have 8 players taken in the 1st and 2nd round next year and 2O players drafted overall.
Washington was the same thing.
@@jona.scholt4362 Taxisquad is a troll, he is on every Michigan podcast, and never makes any sense, a typical ohio fan in other words.
OSU fans are truly sad because they have been bested 3 years in a row. Lots of excuse making to make themselves feel better.
Michigan fans were VERY VERY VERY sad when they were bested by Ohio FIFTEEN out of 16 times just prior to your measly 3 wins, They ran out of excuses those horrific years
@@taxisquad11 1985-2000 similar results the other way.
@@rickmoller4188 Hardly similar. In that stretch Ohio State has 3 TIMES the number of wins that Michigan had just prior to their 3 measly wins of late. AND on either side of your 1985 to 2000 were wins by Ohio State.
Going back in time Ohio State leads the series until 1907. 1907 and earlier, before Ohio State was in the Big Ten, is when Michigan got the wins to lead the series.
😂
OS who fans only talk about the win streak they had all they did was make the series closer. They didn't catch up or pass and right now needs to win 10 straight just to even it up but keep pumping yourselves up to feel better.. .GO BLUE 😊
Developmental!! In 2018 M's recrt class was rated #8. In 2021 the class was rerated to #3!
LOL those are 2 years out of the 9 in the harbaugh era
@@taxisquad11 Wrong! His class development regardless of rating has been known fr being top tier from his day 1! Why M won games v higher star rated teams during Harbs tenure!

Keeping it simple, coaching. Also a great mix of schemes and experience. The point was made that Carr actually recruited at a slightly higher level than Harbaugh. So again, coaching.
LOLOL only Michigan chumps think only they have "coaching". What you had in that regard is gone.
Seth, awesome hockey jersey. Why aren't you wearing it?
Well, when you get a covid year and extra time, it's not hard to put in the experience factor. Also you get them to stay and play. Yes there was some development but was aided by that fact. 11 mil in NIL to keep them helped too. Michigans scheme also played a big factor. Time possesion and timely plays helped this team tremendously. If they can stay within the scheme you can play and develop but you won't probably get the extra time like previously, we will see.
So Michigan was the only team with a Covid year? Right…… keep reaching buddy.
Jj left with eligibility , corum left with eligibility, jr colson left with eligibility, Zak Zinter, Trevor Keegan, Karsen Barnhart, Drake Nugent, Braiden mcgreggor (should I keep going because I can) all had At least 1 year eligibility left (the Covid year) all these guys where drafted plus more. So your argument is null and invalid! Just take an ass whoopin and be happy you can try again next year.
@justinsaunders785
Haters will shape the narrative in any way they want; even if their points conflict with each other.
@@justinsaunders785 This is a FACT! That you can find with a little research. Michigan had THIRTY Seniors and Grad students on their first and second strings last year. An NCAA record, that was a major contributing factor to the National Title.

@dougwired7078
The whole "Michigan was full of covid year players" is completely overblown.
A squad that was like that was Washington. The "Kings of the North" RUclips channel did a great breakdown on those two rosters in a National Championship Game preview. And that channel is run by OSU beat-writers, so they're definitely not a "biased in the favor of Michigan" source trying to hide or massage the statistics.
Look at the best and most important players on the roster. Almost all were either 4th year seniors, juniors or sophomores with a few 5th year guys (which are normal and not Covid only players)
JJ, Corum, Edwards, Zinter, Loveland, Roman Wilson, Kris Jenkins, Harrell, McGregor, Graham, Grant, Stewart, Derrick Moore, Rod Moore, Colson, Hausman, Rod Moore, Will Johnson, Keon Sabb (and many others I'm surely missing)
None of those guys were 6th year players or Covid year players. Several were juniors or sophomores.
This notion that Michigan was built on 6th Covid players is just a narrative created for Buckeye/Spartan coping.
Rod Moore, not Will Johmson, cut Marvy Harrison's route to intercept the OSU pass which sealed Michigan's win in the late 4th Q. In fact, the over-hyped Harrison just stopped running his route and Moore, smartly, ran around Marvy and caught the ball in front of him. Game over.
Love the channel, but what does this dude’s opinion really mean? He’s a Homer
Everyone is a homer for their own team.😅
He was pretty based.
Michigan rolls Buckeyes for the 4th straight time.
So, popular opinions of many NFL gurus is JJ McCarthy is mediocre and was drafted way too high. Many of those same will say Michigan won't do as well this year because JJ McCarthy is gone. Which is it!?!? Was McCarthy great, or was Michigan great? Can QB play be mediocre, or does it need to be elite?
The ones saying McCarthy is mediocre are either ignorant or know it can get a rise out of the average Michigan fan
They are both, Michigan is cheaters so didn't do it legit and little J.J is going to get curb stomped in the NFL!!! WE ARE 🤣
Division title games need to be done away with. Why do we need to have the top two teams play if we already know who the division winner is when the regular season ends? It's ridiculous to even play a conference title game. With the new expanded playoff teams are potentially playing more games. So eliminate the unnecessary conference championship games altogether. We don't need them! The regular season already determines the winner and it will eliminate one more game so the teams don't have to play as many games. It will also take away any chance of 2 teams having to possibly playing one another 3 times in a season.
Not a chance. Doing so also reduces income by I’m sure 100 million which I’m sure has a fleet of hands receiving it.
I don’t disagree with you but it won’t happen until the teams in some way unionize to some extent.
DUH!!! what rock have you been living under.....they have been eliminated, DUMB!! Michigan men
Seth is awesome!!!! Go Blue and go Groves high school 😂
I agree, while getting 5 stars is great, but, who decides if someone is a 3-5 star. Prognosticators. I don't believe we had even 1 5 star on our national championship team. Harbaugh will be missed, but I think Moore can do the job. We did lose alot this last year, Coach, staff, many teammates. That said, if we can find a QB, I like our chances to make some noise in the playoffs.
you are a FAKE Michigan fan! Corum, Edwards, Zinter, JJ, Will Johnson and Colson are all 5-star players. It is propaganda at the highest level that Michigan has no 5-Star players, they just develop.
So many people doubting Michigan offense, that’s all we need to create another chip on the shoulder
LOLOL. Need more than thatt
@@taxisquad11 not really we won a natty a few months ago unlike your team. That high will last for years for us
@@eldog8671 shoulder chips mean nothing..
Ohio State enjoyed their two "nattys" won on the field, for a much longer time, waiting for MIchigan to win their first
The "natty" in Michigan's case meant very little for the future. The head coach left. Almost all the assistants left. Almost all the players that could, left. Two assistants were fired for driving drunk. Recruiting is abysmal. NIL is nonexistent. THE WORST off season after a "natty" in college football history. THAT is how it will be remembered by the rest of the Big Ten.
@@taxisquad11 lol yall are so hung up on ”off season champs". Who cares about worst recruiting and coaching turn overs… Michigan is stable now and Big recruits just rolled in this week.. OSU can’t tackle and have no qp.. that equates to a loss
@@eldog8671 YES REALLY, you lost more after a national title than any team in college football history
How did they do it? They had a whole team of fourth and fifth year seniors. Those days are in the rear view mirror.
No more development, that group of coaches is gone and you got a bunch of also-rans.
Agreed
Wrong again. Those days are not over. Players are more apt to stay now, with NIL money, than in the past, when they all wanted to go pro and get payed. Does anyone really think JJ and Blake would have stayed, if there was no NIL money.

Quit covering up not signing 5 stars since NIL!
These are also the same people who say Ohio state will win the Big10, the Natty, and the Heisman revery year. And...
Sounds like Michigan did the exact same thing FSU is currently doing. I like that
FSU is a historically a dirty prog, Bowdens were laughable! "free shoes U" Paid like USC to get studs!

So, don't trust his prediction.

What was the problem with Development and Culture, just prior to the last 3 years. When Ohio State won FIFTEEN out of 16 games
You how many ohio podcasts I watch, the answer is zero, because I could give a shit less what they do. You on the other hand spend all your time on Michigan podcasts. Michigan owns your life, you are consumed by it. My advice is to go watch some ohio podcasts, and listen to how great you used to be.

Um that was the rich rod/ Brady hoke Era. Harbaugh inherited a 5 win team and immediately started winning 10 games. It took him a few years to get the program back to the top.
@@scottd1903 ummmmm harbaugh lost 5 games in a row to Ohio State, then canceled the game at Ohio State during his worst season, so he wouldn't lose 6 in a row. Then closed his eyes in desperation, after having his salary cut and warned he HAD to improve or he'd get fired, a MIchigan Man or not.. Not Ohio State's fault they hired Rich Rod and Hoke.
@@taxisquad11 Harbaugh inherited a team that won 5 games and 7 the year before that and immediately started winning 10 games a season with mid players that he didn't recruit. Michigan would've won in 2016 (Harbaugh second season) if not for that blown call on 4th down in OT. 2020 the entire team had covid and wasn't allowed to play. They played like 5 games that year. U guys act like they played the whole season and only canceled before the ohio game.
Day inherited the 2nd best program in the country and a team stacked with 5 star recruits. But has so far been unable to win the big games. Like Harbaugh said, day started on 3rd base and thinks he hit a triple.
But hey, go on thinking your return to the glory days are right around the corner. It's not like Day is making the exact same moves in the off-season that he has every year since he's been there or anything. What's the saying about the definition of insanity? Something like doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results.
Sure, it took Harbaugh a few years to get it right, but he did, and in a big way. He brought in the right coaches, implemented the right schemes, and created a culture of a player lead program that was all about the team, not individuals. Day continues to focus on the skill positions in spite of getting beat in the trenches 3 years straight. Day has lost 3 in a row and nothing indicates that's going to change. Sure, ohio may steal a win here and there, but as long as he keeps doing the same things michigan will keep beating him until u guys have had enough.
fail to the cheaters repugnant.
4th straight loss coming.
How was cheatagain able to win a natty without a bunch of 5 stars? It is a mystery.
Better coaching and better development.
Grow up........there was never cheating involved.

Calling Michigan cheaters is the only way Buyhio $tate fans can cope. it's pathetic and reaks of desperation
jim hairball's xichigan teams 2015-20: 49-22 (.690), defense gave up 21 pts/game, and offense scored 32 pts/game. 0 big 10 titles, and 1-4 in bowls.
hairball's xichigan teams 2021-23: 37-3 (.925), defense gave up 14 pts/game, and offense scored 37 pts/game. 2-2 in bowls, 3 big 10 titles and a natty.
something changed dramatically from those first 6 seasons to those last 3. what could it be?
let's take a look at that 2023 season. before being exposed as cheaters, cheatagain scored 40.6 pts/game. that dropped to 30.4 after being exposed. before being exposed, the defense gave up 5.9 pts/game. that increased to 15.6 pts/game after being exposed.
before being exposed, mccarthy passed for 224.9 yds/game and 18 td's, with a 197.52 rating. after being exposed as cheaters, mccarthy passed for 170.3 yds/game and 4 td's, with a 135.56 rating. a steep dropoff.
if you think cheating had nothing to do with the meteoric rise of xichigan from the trainwreck of hairball's first 6 seasons, to the heights of college football in the last 3, you're deluding yourself. xichigan stole from the college football world. they were awarded trophies, and opportunities, and championships they did not earn. trophies, opportunities and championships they stole from other schools.
cheatagain earned nothing. they stole it. jim hairball stole it. my hope is that the ncaa survives long enough to drop the hammer on cheatagain, and blast them back into the stone age. in the meantime, sherron moore is about to drive cheatagain off of a cliff. he might take cheatagain back to the stoneage all by himself, before the ncaa has a chance to do it. cheatagain may not have enough wins to be bowl eligible this year.
there is one title cheatagain might legitimately earn. they might take the title of worst post natty season from 2020 Lsu. they'd finally have a title they actually earned.

We needed to cheat to beat UNLV, Ball State, and Sparty, but were able to handle Penn, OSU, Bama, Wash with cheating. Makes sense to me.
@@yidiandianpang so if your team didn't need to cheat, why did they?
think back to 2020. hairball chose to dodge the game against Ohio State. while xichigan was sitting at 2-4, the Buckeyes were on their way to playing for a national championship. he was already 0-5 against the Buckeyes, and knew that his team would be crushed. he knew that with another blowout loss to Ohio State, he'd be fired. he desperately wanted to get back to the nfl, but kept getting rejected because of his lackluster tenure in ann arbor. and being fired after getting curb stomped again would not help his chances of getting back to the nfl. so hairball hatched the cheating scheme to make himself more marketable to the nfl. he didn't cheat for xichigan, he cheated for himself. he cheated knowing, absolutely beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it would be exposed at some point. he was betting that he'd be off to the nfl by the time it was exposed. and sure enough, here we sit in 2024, hairball is in the nfl, and xichigan is left holding the bag.
hairball cheated for 3 seasons, of that there is no doubt. the evidence is overwhelming. his motivation for cheating is clear as well, because of his actions. he tried to leave ann arbor for the nfl several times, and jumped at the first job offer he got. a job offer he would not have gotten had his tenure continued on in the same lackluster fashion it had from 2015-20.
hairball got a job offer he did not earn. xichigan got opportunities they did not earn. those unearned opportunities got them trophies and titles they did not earn. those opportunities, and resulting trophies and titles, were stolen from teams who had earned them. everything from 2021-23 is forever tainted, and will at some point be vacated. when there are empty spots where those trophies used to be, and xichigan is being crushed under the weight of recruiting restrictions and bowl bans, losing to their rivals and watching them celebrate victories in big house, i wonder if then xichigan fans will finally turn on jim hairball.
