I’m sorry to read some of the unfavorable comments - if mine burns out thankfully I got mine at Costco and can return anything at anytime. Don’t even need a receipt. So far I love mine. 😁
I just purchased mine and it works great. Onions I don’t think it’s a big deal since it will get cooked up with the food. Overall a solid purchase . Thank you
Excellent VIdeo. I was confused with the parts but before reading the manual I found this Video! So well explained. I too got it from Costco for 29.99. Soup season is here and I will be using this soon! Thank you!
I love mine - I cook a lot!! Cooking for only one ( myself ) smaller amounts are used. This blender is perfect. ❤️😁 Bought one for my son whose cooking now that he’s retired, he loves his too! ‼️ Thanks for a great product 😁
Great review! only thing I would have liked to hear you guys talk about is cleaning the unit and attachments, what parts are dishwasher safe and what do you have to wash by hand. But reallly appreciated that you showed how every part worked and even showed how well it did the job!
Thank you! The whisk, food processor bowl, lid, chopping/mixing blade, slicing/shredding disc, and beaker are dishwasher safe. The blending shaft should be hand-washed in hot water using mild detergent.
I love using this immersion blender for creamy soup like butternut squash split pea soup potato soup anytime you don’t wanna have to remove the soup from the pot to put it in a food processor. You just dip this right in and it blends the soup as much as he wanted to.
It was very helpful. I bought this from Costco a while ago. Used the immersion blender and whisk quite a bit. I’ve been making salads lately and for some reason have been hand shredding my carrots 🤦♀️.
Thx to your video, I realized I was missing the one part that I really needed today. Just opened the box, but I bought it over a month ago, so I can't exchange it. I really needed the 3-inch connector piece for the shredder/slicer😢 At least I learned what the other pieces can do! Thank you
Thank you so much for the review. I would buy this for a 1-2 person home that doesn't have any kitchen tools or cant use a knife due to disability. Most able bodied people would be better off with basic knife skills and a blender. I rank most of my kitchen tools on how much of a pain in the ass to clean afterwards.
I bought one of these from, first time something stopped the motor it stopped working. I didn’t even get the chance to use all the attachments,A little extra research showed that this is a common issue.
I was just about to order this from Costco for 38 bucks - I'm glad I watched this video. I don't like all the parts - I want something in one piece, maybe 2 - otherwise I might as well use my 7c Cuisinart processor, which is awesome but annoying to put together and take apart to clean. Thanks for the review, I will look elsewhere.
I used my immersion blender and foods processor from this set its really convenient for someone who needs all these devices but doesnt have room for as much if you bought the regular ones all individually. The manual says to chop the chunks of vegetables or whatever food you will throw in food processor into the same sizes. That way when it chops it'll be consistent in size. I had a question though... i do not know how to clean the top lid to the food processor! I made a veggie paste and some hit the top of the lid inside the food processor. Wanted to wash it but it said not to immerse that part in water.. so how do i clean it!? Thank you
The manual mentions not to submerge and leave the the blade in soapy water for safety reasons. We don't think it mentions anything about the lid specifically.
what do you do when it won't charge after not using it for a while...it doesn't work with the plug so these wireless things end up as duds because of battery issues
I just used mine after purchasing months ago. I don’t like it. It’s too messy. Tried tomato sauce and now my white kitchen has sauce all over it. It makes too much mess.
I do NOT like the video. It doesn't explain anything but just: 1. this is a 400PC blender. (I know it!) 2. this is a plastic cup (I know it!)? this is a table, this is a pen, this is an apple... etc... I need they show how to put parts of blender together and how disassemble parts of blender so I could wash it. Nothing. Disappointed.
Mine quit on me after two uses just trying to use the shred attachment on small pieces of cheese for a pizza. I was able to exchange it at Costco but if this one burns out I'm getting a full refund.
LOL, after watching the review i thought "The cleanup doesn't look worth grating that much cheese, when a plane grater would be quicker and easier to clean."
@@landor7610 If you are doing a small amount, the hand grater might be easier. It's just a personal preference. But being a small processor, we don't think that the motor is capable of handling large quantities, like a stand-alone food processor would.

That sucks! Where did you buy it from?
I have the same issue, where can i purchase the stem part
@@J0K3R-3 We are sorry to hear that. Are you able to exchange it?
I thought I had the same issue but the stem was actually just buried in the box. Was secured in the bottom of the right side of the box

It's on sale now at Costco

What do u think about immersion chopper is it can smash the ice cube for milk shake ? TIA
Not sure if it can handle ice cubes...
I got one for Xmas it has taken me hours to figure out how to work the slicer, now I know it didn't have the plastic insert. How can zi get one
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? If you still have the box, it should be near the bottom 1:25
Thank you so much for your video 😊 very comprehensive and helpful 👍
Thank you so much!!
I don't understand how to attach the slicer shredder without the chopper. Am I also missing a piece?
You need to remove the chopper, and replace with the reversible slicing shredding disc and the stem (watch at 2:17).

Does any one knows where can I get a replacement for the chopping blade for the processor? I lost mine.
You might be able to get a free replacement with Cuisinart: www.cuisinart.com/support/warranty.html

It's 110 V. Thank you for watching!

This is not a wireless, doesn't have a battery.
I’m missing the gray stick with no blades, didn’t with it. And it past like a year that i bought this product.
Cuisinart offers 3-year limited warranty, so we recommend contacting them about it. Thanks for watching!

Most hand Blenders I used are the same you have to keep pressing the button.
Thanks for sharing that. It's most likely to control the blending better.
Can I use it on meat? Thanks.
Are you trying to grind the meat or is it cooked meat?
