but how different basic salaries for every grade pay under every pay band are calculated.
example pay band 5200-20200,grade pay 1800,1900,2000,2400,2800
& Basic salary for above are 18000,19900,21700,25500,29200
whether basic salaries are calculated as mathematical formula ( on pay band & grade pay) or these are just given as a value or number by default..????
these Basic salary are incremented for every year @ 3%
so what is the role of max salary in pay band..???

Sir mera question hai ki suppose ek bande ko 4600 grade pay mai 6 saal ho gaya aur promotion ho gaya to uska basic salary jisme 6 saal hua to usme jyada hai compared to new 4600 after 6 years will be 55000 aprrox and 4800 mai joining mai 47400 hai so kya downgrade hua

सर मेरा भर्ती 13/12/2012 की है जिसमे मुझे पहला इंक्रीमेंट जुलाई 2013 में मिला था लेकिन अभी 2019 फेवरी में काट दिया गया है , पे किलर्क कहते हे की आपको यह इंक्रीमेंट गलत दिया गया है,पे किलर्क कहता है कि आपको 6 माह नही हुये थे इसीलिए यह काटा गया है । कृपया बताएँगे की कब मिलना चाहिए इंक्रीमेंट ?
