I have been stressing about getting an early arrival time. I am using Disney Transportation and you have really put my mind at ease. I was goig to get up at midnight tonight, now i think i'll just sleep in and do it in the morning.

Pro Tip: For character experiences, get there about 10-15 minutes BEFORE the character is said to arrive. They may show up at 3:15 but that line starts being made much earlier.

We got the first timeslot thanks to your video, one thing that tripped us up was there were some questions about kids. For kids club you need to have a secret phrase and select who is permitted to pickup the kid as well has check that the kid will be disembarking with you

We're thinking about taking Disney transportation to and from the port, what time do they usually pick up at the airport, and what time do we arrive at Port Canaveral/embark on the ship? :)
Yay! We are so excited for your cruise. If you are flying in the day of the cruise they typically run buses all day so it depends on when your flight gets in (we recommend you try for an earlier flight in case of delays).
Once you get to port, they will start calling groups around 11am and Disney transportation guests are among the first of the groups on board.

Both! You can book it through the website after you’ve booked your trip and/or call and get it added.
If using a travel agent like Third Wish Travel we can book the transportation for you as well.

Do you know when the bus transfer begins booking? Is it 30 days or more before departure?
We are staying at the Hyatt MCO. My agent hasn’t booked the bus yet. She keeps saying it’s not available yet….
When it is usually available…and what if we haven’t been booked to the bus and I had to check in, should I still choose Disney Transportation on the options?
We are going in mid Feb, and checks in mid January. We only need the bus one way.

Hey Friend! As far as bus transportation you pretty much have up to the day of your trip to book the Disney Cruise Line bus. However, it should be available to book now unless there is an issue on Disney's end. You can also book the transportation yourself. Log into the Disney Cruise Line website and head over to the "Already Booked" section and under that, you will find "Ground Transportation" Here is where you can schedule your bus.

so if i have diseny transportation i dont need to get up at midnite i can wait till morning? and if one of my party doesnt have a passport but a BC and DR license do we take a pic of DR lic and BC in her profile to download?
Hello Bruce sorry for the late reply. Yes, that is correct as long as you are using the Disney Bus Transportation you will not have to pick a boarding group time. Regarding the online check-in, you will need a passport or birth certificate as proof of citizenship. So, taking a screenshot of the BC or scanning it into the computer to upload should be fine. Here’s a question: I have a log in on my app, and we booked the cruise with my moms Gold status. Can I check in for us all using my app, or do I need to log in using her account to check us all in?
Can anyone on the reservation, check everyone in, or it has the be the main person?
My Tavel agent died this week. So I couldn’t ask her.
This is a really great question. We are so sorry to hear about your travel agent.
We would suggest doing your online check in via a computer.
Are you all under the same reservation number? If not, you may need to do the online check in with a person under each reservation. However, if you are all under the same reservation, you should be able to check in everyone under your mom’s account when it’s available to her.

I could not buy the Disney band plus with my app…and this made me realize that I can’t do it, unless it’s the main person who is in the account. I logged in using my mom’s account and no problems.

Question… can we upload our information before we do our online check in?
Some information should auto populate if you already have it saved in your profile such as names, address and CC info. But we personally just recommend having all your info especially your passport and photos saved in a folder so it is an easy drag and drop. Hope this helps. Good luck and have fun on your cruise!
