By the way, any chance you'd share how much your 5 day Solo Cabin cost you? I've seen as low as $1588 for 5 days & as high as $2300 for 5 days. I need (2) rooms, so it will be a first time for myself and my Mom! 💕

I am actually going December 16th and am glad you posted your honest review. Question did you fly in a day before? If so where did you stay? My sister and her husband had gone and they loved it. I think my ship is going to be the Valiant Lady.
Hey I live in Florida so no flight or hotel. I think you will enjoy the ship! My understanding is that they all hand the same layout. ❤️

It was a great experience with my friends but yes, looking forward to going back solo. And no I should have shook for champagne because I left money on the bar tab. Couldn’t spend it all. 😂

I wanted to do the cable car excursion, but I've checked the itinerary for my September Virgin cruise and they are not offering that excursion. Is it because I'll be on the Valiant lady and not the Scarlet lady? Did you book this excursion before you got in the ship?
Oh no! This excursion was a great experience and I would hate if if they discontinued it. Yes, I booked it through the app before I got on the ship. I don't see why they would have excursions per ship if they're going to the same location. Not sure when you're going but sometimes on ship apps, they add excursions. If you're early, maybe they will add it. Not sure.
@@SIGCruiser yes, they took it off. That was one of the reasons that I wanted to go on that cruise. I've already done the walking tour of Puerto Plata when I did Carnival 2 years ago. Perhaps I won't do an excursion and just get off the ship and hang out in the port area. #UGH
Is it possible to order multiple entrees at the included food venues?
I remember ordering multiple appetizers but I never tried to order multiple entrees. I'm not sure about the multiple entrees and if there would be a charge like most cruise lines are doing now.
