Thank you very much for sharing. Are you cutting these templates with a laser machine? (I didn't see the cutting and drilling steps in your videos.) If you're cutting with a laser machine, how can you cut so cleanly? I am very curious. I would be very happy if you share.
All of our last designs were hand-cut. Even if it's hand-cut its nothing special to show. When we cut it with a laser there are some tips to cut it in a clean way: 1. taping the surface with masking tape, 2. good leather quality, 3,. good laser setup

@@huseyinyelalir6473 You can only reduce the burnt so: all above and: good air assist, (I heart even about nitrogen), some oiled, waxy leathers are no bun at all ( like crazy horses or pull-ups), looks like the oil reduce the heat

I also think the length of the two gussets is one hole too many. I had to trim mine to get it to fit. Might want to check it out…

only stitching. There is no need to glue sewing in the traditional way. Only for better looking edges purposes

Which tool do you use to make holes for thread? Looks like hole puncher but I'm not sure, is it 1.2mm or 1.5mm?

Yeah, you will have to work inside the bag. The amount of the holes is correct for sure.
