You should see the video collab Guga did with Matt Stonie for world record wagyu cutting, grilling, and eating. He cooked up a bunch with 7 grills at once while Matt managed to eat at least 8 lbs of wagyu steak in 5 minutes.

I pack my 2.5oz meatballs tight and smash with a 24oz corningware bowl. The tightly packed meat makes perfect round patties that hold together better. The concave bottom of the corningware dish makes the patties thin on the side. 20 people have said its the best burger they have ever had. Thanks Guga for the inspiration!

One of my best friends is Indian and of course vegetarian. Senior year high school we were eating wings and pizza. We never pressured him into trying meat but his curiosity got him to try one. Nope it will not, the quality of the meat is different, the fundamental taste of the wagyu is different so it would never be the same. I went to Japan and ate at steak-otsuka, ordered the murasawa sirloin steak aka phantom beef and let me tell you they just place it on a hot plate and you can literally cut it with your spoon, forget about chewing you don't need that. You can google it and check it out for yourself.

Yeah from all over the world. Restaurants need repeat business or they are doomed to fail. He needs far more local support for that to happen if we're being honest. To get a place that supports mostly vacationing diners you need lots of money and we're talking possible millions here. I don't see that happening anytime soon. The restaurant business is not cheap to start up and maintain.
