when i get anxious and i unconsciously pull my legs off of my horse. My trainer reminds me to give my horse a big hug, same as the cuddle your horse. She's like think of the big giant in game of thrones, where he wraps his hands around the girl, think of "hoodooor" (think of long and low sound)...lol. Your point of cuddling your horse reminded me of this.
Hahahah that’s such a funny way to describe it, love it tho!! I also too forget to cuddle, but cuddling the horse helps you sit wayyy deeper in the saddle 😊
