I thought we had a easy schedule....didn't look very easy to me.
I am hoping for 12 wins but also expecting 6 wins. Anything more than 6 wins is good in my book. We are headed in the right direction though.

We need the Spencer Rattler breakdown, I was looking forward to it!
My prediction is 8-9, its not a hard schedule so they could out perform but this is a middle of the pack-below average team.
8-10 is the best prediction. I think 9/10 feels right. They need to come up in close games which hopefully that new offense changes. But at the end of the day who knows with this team😂
the season depends on if saints can go 6-0 5-1 or 4-2 in the division at worst. 10-7 is a real possibility. they should feel lucky to be playing the two top NFC East teams so early those aren’t guaranteed Ls with both having to try and revamp key units over the offseason. guaranteed Ls imo are KC,LA,LAC,GB,DAL, and 2 div games.

13-4 is a real possibility.. We should be Denver as well.. They will start a Rookie QB.. DA Defense has always matched up well against The Rams. Its our Offensive that have struggled to produce points against the Rams.. I think Kubiak will be the difference maker in that game.. plus No Arron Donald. I think wil can catch the Cowboys off guard because they are use to playing cream puff teams through the 1st 6 weeks of the year, and u explained perfectly why we will Beat Philly..
I hope we win 10 or more, but if we don't I hope we don't win more than 5. I want a good or terrible season.
Well it’s entirely too early to know, teams go up and down from year to year. With that said, the saints have signed free agents or drafted players at all levels and dumped some of the most inept offensive coaches in the league so signs point up. No telling about injuries and how long the offense will take to settle into kubiaks system but to me there’s nowhere to go but up on offense. The defense should be a strength again so this entirely too early prediction is 10 wins and a division title.
Nothing easy about this schedule
I like the fan picks better than the logical ones. I'll just look at a couple of those games: Broncos and Rams.
Last year the Saints got spanked by the Rams, but that game was on a short week (not making excuses, just saying). That was a Thursday game after playing 4 days earlier and after traveling all the way out to the west coast. Saints clearly were not prepared to face that offense. This year the Saints are at home *and* they're coming off a bye, so they'll have plenty of time to get prepared for the Rams offense. And, probably, the Saints offense they practice against this year will be more similar to what the Rams are doing, so without doubt the Saints will be better rested up and prepared for this one.
Broncos travel to NOLA on the same short week the Saints had to deal with against the Rams last year. On the short week it comes down to whether Payton can get his team prepared to play the Saints and vice versa. I give the edge to the Saints because they know Payton's offense very well since Pete ran pretty much the same scheme last year and they practiced against it every week. Payton knows DA's defense, but his players don't know it, not like the Saints defensive players know the Payton offense.
I give the Saints the edge in both games just from the rest and preparation part of it. For motivation, I think the Saints players will be more motivated to beat their old coach than the Broncos players will be to go out and win one for their new coach, but we'll see. It should be a very live crowd on hand, with lots of energy. Saints need to jump out to a quick start to keep that crowd fired up and feed off that energy.
If the oline holds up I got us going 10-7

It's hard and three games. Car has to win no matter what. The two times in Carolina and the raiders. If he lose to those two teams he'll be the first quarterback in NFL history to lose to all 32 team meaning his career will be over😊
That statistic is more indicative of him playing in both conferences, playing for a terrible franchise, and rarely missing any games in his career, right? He's also tied with Drew Brees, who also lost to 30 teams. Brees was lucky enough to only spend 5 years with the Chargers, or he would have had that distinction 1st.🤷🏿♂️

Fan logic: 14-3. It's a good team capable of winning any game.
Business mind: the record doesn't matter, the 3 missions for the season are:
1. Is the defense competitive in every game. To include Kansas City on Monday night if our record is not competitive
2. Klint Kubiak being an effective play caller
3. In case of emergency deploy Spencer Rattler at the correct time
I’ll tell you right now they aren’t playing Rattler even if Carr is out multiple games
Forget W/L. How many games until Derek Carr gets ”injured” after playing like shit (as usual) and Spencer Rattler comes in and takes over the QB job? Carr knows that Rattler is not Winston or Haener.

It doesn't matter who's leading us. If we win, we win. If Arthur Smith and Nathan Peterman get us 10 or more wins, who cares? This hatred for those Carr and DA is irrational. You're talking rebuild? After finishing top 10 offensively and defensively last year? We need to get the negativity out of our fan base. As a Jaboo fan, I hated how that situation went down. That has nothing to do with Carr, but too many people hated on him because he got the starting job. He was clearly the better option, so I had to let that stuff go. DA chose Dalton because he is a more conservative playcaller and Jameis does turn the ball over too much. DA's biggest mistake was saying he wouldn't lose his starting job to injury. That's over and done with and now we are looking like we've improved some. 🤷🏿♂️
