Need more BEEEEEFFFFF!! Life hasn't been great to him but he is class! Also great concept and something I would love to do for charity! But starting at the 1st and finishing 18th.
I went to school in East Lothian, this is just bringing back so many amazing memories playing these courses - cannot beat playing golf on the East Lothian coast!
Could have chosen 18 individual holes in East Lothian alone. Missed out Dunbar, Winterfield, Glen, Archerfield, Luffness New, Craigielaw, Longniddry, Royal Musselburgh and The Old Course Musselburgh all have at least one spectacular hole on them. Great concept even if the mileage traveled is a little suspect between North Berwick and Kilspindie 🥴😉
This is great, looking forward to the series. I'd like to see a series where it's an actual high handicapper playing against a tour pro. E.g. BAD GOLF VS Rory and Harrington.
Cotter seems like the sort of guy who turns up on the first tee and comes up with loads of excuses as why to he’s playing so badly, but in reality he plays pretty solidly every time.
8th at Kilspindie the closest I’ve ever come to a hole in one. Sliced it right, beach-bound, only for it to take an incredibly lucky bounce off the railway sleepers that separate course from beach, come off at a 90 degree angle and roll a millimetre or two away from dropping. What might have been.
8th at Kilspindie is some hole. Debatable whether the 13th at The Glen at North Berwick is a better seaside par 3. Some incredible holes in East Lothian.
I'm not a big fan of using a buggy I prefer to walk in between my shots HOWEVER driving between holes to a different course is amazing and I would love to try it
FYI it's at least 15 minutes' walk out to the 8th at Kilspindie and perhaps 20 back, so only a cart made sense. But you're welcome to come and walk the entire thing some time.
@@kilspindiegc2237 I wasn't begrudging them for using a cart. I was merely saying that driving between courses was a cool concept. If I ever find myself in your lovely part of the world I most definitely will take you up on your offer. Do I just need to show your comment at the clubhouse for my free green fees?? 😉😉👍👍⛳
@@benworthington4696 Ha! We're Scottish, remember? The warm welcome will be free, though, I promise. And it's fair to say there are lots of fabulous courses in our part of the world. We're very lucky.
@@kilspindiegc2237 a complimentary can of Irn Bru to give me energy for my long walk?? 🧐🙃 Regardless you guys just made my bucket list of courses to visit simply because you got good banter!! I hope to see you one day in the future. 🤞🤞
Nice idea, I only feel for you to drive an electric Beemer. The range these electric Beemers have is so bad. I had one myself and can honestly say never ever in my life again. Well not an electric Beemer.
Such a brilliant (or do y'all say cracking?) idea. Beef needs his nourishment. The other guy, he has his toy car. Keep it going. Remember the Eveready rabbit?
Looks like great fun and a nice idea this trip, but I don’t understand the positive emphasis on the electric car (except that it is of course one big commercial): yes, there is no CO2 emission, but you do realise that this is not free energy right? It comes from somewhere, so this entire trip is a complete waste of energy. And then the trip becomes less funny, doesn’t it? ;) Just play one course, and walk it as well instead of using the bloody carts all the time, esp. in Scotland for heaven’s sake.

Wish just release the whole thing. Better be in a playlist soon. Quality content as par usual !

So happy and honoured that I played some of these holes and enjoyed them thoroughly, likewise...
Beef is such a legend. Hope to meet him someday…
Met him a couple of times at North Midd , lovely bloke ..
He makes a mean sandwich!

See, I like some nostalgia, I would love to see Ben Wright and Henry Cotton. Only in a dream.
All of a sudden, I want Andrew Cotter's voice on my GPS... plus with many dry witty comments on my destination or road conditions...! 😀
