This is actually a Knopfregal. An Aprfelregal would have a bulb at the top with many holes. this instead is a knob with a slit at the top that meets 2 opposing holes.

You can find more information on the instrument on the website of the builder, just search for Orgelbau Koegler Apfelregal, and you'll find it really quick. This instrument is a masterpiece and i am pretty sure it features not a single plastic part, as the builder states they pride themselves in traditional construction.

Es ist tatsächlich improvisierte Musik. Der Organist ist einer der wenigen Menschen weltweit, der in dem Stil so geschmackvoll improvisieren kann.
