Since its Mommy’s mandatory leave from work, we decided to have another family adventure. We have limited choices because of travel restrictions and requirements especially for younger ones. We opted not to take an out of town trip via airplane because we do not want to have a swab test (mahal na, masakit pa lol). Good thing we found out that Ocean Adventure in Subic Bay Freeport Zone is now accepting guests of all ages. Yehey!
We checked in the website what are the packages they currently offer. Since we wanted a close encounter with the Dolphin, we chose the Leila Package. This package is the one you will swim with the Dolphin. But if you do not want to take a dip in the water, there is the Pawee Package which is only a photo with the Dolphin and with other inclusions.

They accept walk ins if you are a hotel guest from Camayan Beach Resort. Since we also want to enjoy an overnight stay in the resort, we called their hotel reservation and they did all the booking and slot reservation for us.

We have decided to take the 11am time slot, so that we can have the tour first while waiting for the hotel check-in time. And that is only available on weekdays. So we chose Monday, December 14 to have the tour. We thought that its a good option for us because maybe it will be less people. True enough, we were the only group during that time slot! Haha! We have the whole Ocean Adventure to ourselves!
We first had the meet and greet with the terrestrial animals - the bearcat, owl and bat. KD really enjoyed the show and the picture taking!
Next is the close encounter with the Dolphin. The trainers are so professional and very cool! They told us that they will give us the best experience ever! And yes, we surely had so much fun! Not only that, we only availed the close encounter or swim with the Dolphin for 2 persons, but they included KD with no additional fee (only 3ft below are free of charge) AND took a picture of us with the Dolphin in the stage area (this is for Pawee Package). This is really a best and once in a lifetime experience for us!
