There is no question that the United States is in much better shape as a country right now with Biden as the president than it was when Trump was president.

Trump must have thousands of non-disclosure agreements in effect. He made anyone who worked for him or entered into business arrangements with him sign one. 6:06 Chris makes a good point here. If the defense is going to say, 'No, that isn't what happened,' do they have a counter-narrative to say that something different _did_ happen? Seems like a jury would need that if they're going to have 'reasonable doubts.'
Technically speaking, the defense shouldn't need to offer a single witness, offer opening or closing statements.
The burden of proof is always the prosecutors.
In practice, though, that is a terrible strategy.
