Glad you enjoyed, Gina! The cake cuts very easily because the frosting becomes thick in refrigerator. Chilling this cake at least 3 hours before cutting is essential. It's not required a great equipment, I've used a piping bag just to assemble it faster, but you can simply spread the chocolate frosting on the biscuits. Have a great weekend 😘

Hi Vitor! I was sure you would appreciate a no-bake dessert now :D You're right, chocolate salami has the same concept, but the chocolate frosting is different. In Italy we like biscuit treats and I know that chocolate salami is diffused all over Europe! have a *chilly* weekend!

Hello Edward! Yes, the frosting is moist even if it becomes firm after the refrigerating time and it softens the cookies, mostly if you serve the cake after few hours of refrigerating time. I always suggest to make this cake the day before serve it. Have a great weekend my friend!
