if grown men could still watch and be into their childhood superhero films late into their 100s, then there’s nothing wrong with women still watching barbie or bratz films. lifes too short to not make yourself happy! plus these films make you feel better and encourage you to live your best life the way you see it!
Barbie and her sisters in the puppy adventure was such a good film if you actually understand the back story of barbie and her home town I found this to be one of the best lasted movies as I really enjoyed the nostalgia of visiting your home town watching your past on tapes using old school technology and I loved her town song 🎶 Everything you need lies beneath the willow tree! The score music was beautiful! 💖 and Barbie Rapunzel was my fav! Especially the music and Princess in the Pauper I’m sorry it just didn’t connect with me probably because of someone I didn’t get along with would watch it over and over I kinda got sick of it! Lol 😂 but Rapunzel was beautiful 12 dancing princess was supreme! 💖 Fairytopia is my fav! too! 🍭

That's amazing how many things come into my mind while watching like: -I literally exploded when I saw such a law place for Magic Of the Rainbow... like this movie was a huge part of my childhood and I do believe it's better than the first Fairytopia (almost only for Sunburst... that girl's a queen) - I do agree on Barbie in the mermaid tail being better than the 2 -Life is a Fairytale is a bop just like Queen of the Waves and Keep on Dancing - I do like Barbie in the Pink shoes but putting it higher than Fairytopia or Magic of the Rainbow is shocking -Justice for Dandelion! -For a french, earing someone saying he doesn't know what a musketeer is seems quite shocking -Fairy secreeeeet -Oh my god I hate Mariposa 1 so much... Mariposa is such an annoying character to me. I rewatched it recently and it is really good! The best out of the 3 movies where the 2 main characters switch places. The middle age of Barbie (Charm school, Secret Door, Rock’in Royals) has my favorite Barbie animation style. The transformations and outfits used to be so beautiful and mesmerizing! The outfits in the new movies (Barbie and her Sisters) just aren’t the same.

@@saskiahdlt OMG yes. I watched the old movies and the new movies, and I am saying this as someone who grew up with the old and new movies, I WANT THE MAGIC BACK. We used to get fairy and princess movies and retellings of old stories. If Barbie makes a new movie they will sometimes use a concept from an already made story. For example, In Princess Power the main girl was kissed by a magical butterfly. Totally doesn’t remind me of Peter Parker gettin kissed by a radioactive spider. I wish they would make more retelling of old stories and magical movies. It can be fairies, Merfolk, royalty, etc just not the teenage vlogging good at everything Barbie. They won’t even go back to the original Barbie movie style and now we are stuck with Barbie and her boring sisters.

Honestly out of the new movies, video game hero is one of the better ones in my opinion because so different whereas all the new ones are the same and so basic. I lowkey forgot I was watching a Barbie movie when I was watching it and it kinda worked for me
Starlight Adventure is probably also one of the better ones. Barbie isn’t a generic princess or a secret princess or something. There world is very colorful and the planets are all different from each other. There is no villain which makes it different from the regular Barbie movie. It definitely wouldn’t be in my top 10 but out of the new ones it is one of the better ones. Also the characters aren’t that bad and I liked Sam (I think that is what her name was).

Alexa is the name of the Princess in the secret door and Maluica is a Princess. I always wonder if Alexa and Malucua are related. I mean Alexa’s grandmother gives her the book that unlocks the door for Alexa. It could be possible that Alexa’s grandmother was once a queen in Zinnia until she met Alexa’s grandfather
