(마르디 히말 코스는 ‘안나푸르나’ 옆에 있는 ‘마차푸차레’를 가장 가까이 볼 수 있는 곳이라고 합니다.)
너무 급한 전개보다는 제가 만났던 소중한 순간들을 알차게 편집하자 싶어서

@@rubinatamu455 yes just saw another korean girl who misunderstood the teenager conversation in pokhara and was disappointed with Nepal..also when she was getting dragonfruit she thought she was being charged more but she wasn't..Dragon fruit is actually very expensive in Nepal ..

장시간 걸을 때는 15~30분에 한번씩 다리 스트레칭을 계속 해주면서 걸으면 좋아요. 걸을 때 근육이 축소 되기 때문에, 축소된 근육을 늘려주기 위해 간단한 스트레칭을 짧게라도 반복하며 산행을 해주면 종아리 근육통증과 다리의 피로도가 덜해집니다. 발가락 스트레칭도 필수♥
