We can bag on the FL for forgiving him after all he's done to her. She did take the right steps in avoiding him and going on with her life with her sick mom and not begging him to come back. He's the culpable one who threw her away and harassed, bullied, and demeaned her. He has to grovel through broken glass to get her back. It's always the decision of the person who was wronged to forgive and give that jerk another chance. What we would do isn't necessarily what they will do. Gao Joe has a forgiving, loving heart. If she can forgive her dad for abandoning her and her mom it stands to reason that she'll forgive this idiot and her aunt. She's not an idiot or simpleton she's just humble and loving. She can't hate. Let's hope for a part 2 where he grovels more and she gets pregnant and makes him her pregnancy slave. That should help in leveling the odds a bit.
