Hydravision/Mighty Rocket probably don't have any interest in making a new ObScure game, considering Final Exam is NOTHING like an ObScure game. And Valve has gotten themselves into a hole by waiting too long to do anything about Episode 3 and now Gabe Newell is too busy bathing in the money he gets from Steam sales. Life was better when these game series were still active, dammit.
It is biological. It all starts when the Friedman brothers make a research trip to a certain island that had a rare plant. On the way back to his home Leonard Friedman crashes the plane in which they were traveling leaving him in a mortal state, Herbert, his brother, uses the characteristics of this plant to heal him, this plant had regenerative powers and made possible "Eternal life ”. Here Herbert begins his experiments with his students to be able to treat his brother, because yes, the plant has healing powers but in return it causes deformations in the human body. All the enemies in the first game are Herbert's experiments, all to get his brother back to normal. The second game we see how the flower has spread to various parts of the United States causing disasters of equal or greater magnitude than the first school (sorry bad english)
