Thank you buddy, good to hear from you. It’s only 1/4 of a mile past the first waterfall and after that there is a bigger water hole and rock slide too, didn’t make it there because there aren’t any ropes any more like they used to and it was very sketchy and I was solo. Maybe next time

@ 4:19 there still are no ropes here, you will have to wade nearly waist deep with the current conditions 6/4/23. You can also climb up the rock at the graffiti on the upper right also @ 4:19 and bypass this wading. This will however have you making a very dangerous down climb from 25+ feet up because the usual down climb spot is underwater. I did this Sunday but would just wade through next time. If your going to the natural rockslide and pool and plan to get wet then there is no reason not to wade through... you are getting wet anyway. Great hike, fair bit of new terrain after all the flooding but you would enjoy revisiting this one especially now with very nice flow.
Also, just before you get to 4:19 if you take the creek to the right there is another pretty large waterfall and it is only about 1/4 mile. Thats two waterfalls and the slide/pool area in one hike. You can add Jackson falls in there also which is about 4 miles round trip further up creek if you so desire. It was 12 miles round trip car to car.

just be mindful about what you post as "idiots" go to these very nice, beautiful places and write all over the rocks and leave trash. Nice video, and very nice place. Was this recently? So, there is still water there?

      Last Friday, plenty of water.
Agree with you, people are so disrespectful with nature
