Change column names dynamically with parameters in Power BI

Hi i have a question can you explain in last what type of error you getting actually i stuck on same error where i change a column name by m query column is changed but visual is not updated so pls explain.

Hey Ruth, i have a question on shared data sets , if a member is not able to see the table content or data model when connecting through desktop, then how he can write some complex measures if needed on the report, i mean without knowing the model , relationships, directions and all, how to write the effective dax measures on it.?
Documentation is vital when you build models for reuse, so share that documentation with them :)

am Preparing Profit center wise chart.
I have Two Table Header Table and Line item Table
Header table having information about Invoice No, Invoice Date, Document Type ( like Cash Invoice, Advance Sales, Sales Return)
Line item table Invoice num, item number, name, item amount, Qty, Profit center.
Now am taking total sales values from Line item values by profit center but here if sales return and Advance amount to reduced
from total
how can do this scenario, can we do if statement

No, you need to give them edit rights and that will change for everybody or they can create their own report witha share dataset. None are ideal :(

I need help on changing column name on daily to filter, when i first did my filter on my source column name is [xxx 25/10/2020] and filtered with "5" next day my column name is changed to [xxx 26/10/2020] when i refresh, it shows error like column is not found. Note: i dont want it to rename, i need source header as it is in output as well. I tried using table.columnnames(source){1} to filter based on column index instead of static column name as [xxx 25/10/2020] however, after refresh, it shows table is empty. There is no error but data is not getting populated. I need support to fix this.
Hi Ruth, I have a question about Power BI dataflow: dataflow round up automatically the decimal numbers from Excel. how to avoid/fix it? Power BI Desktop doesn't have the round up issue. thanks!
example: ownership 49.99% is different than 50%, dataflow round up 0.499887 as 0.5.
Can’t you use power query to get the decimals back?

No, you need an account at power bi service, but you can create one for free here: powerbi.com
