Their former company was Music K ent which still active nowadays. The main vocal (Yujin) was having surgery for her vocal cord problem and the company cant wait for her recovery (now Yujin already fully recovered and her vocal cord become much wider than before so i hope Music k can die crying tho) so they did an audition to find The Ark new main vocal but sadly they cant find any main vocal materials that can match with The Ark dance skills and style so at the end they disbanded The Ark just like that. We still put some hope that The Ark will regroup bcs the members (especially Euna, Jane and Halla/Suji) keep mentioning about The Ark regroup so i think there's still hope for that but i guess KHAN's achievement will decide for that..
