Same. 😂 I was pissed and almost send him back, but I couldn’t remember that I bought a children’s backpack, no where did it stated its a children’s backpack, so I investigated and found this video. Thank god! 😂 Now the Backpack is going to be on his first big journey to NYC in December :D (I love him, he’s dark red with rainbow straps)

Was literally thinking if the bag was supposed to be for actual babies. Lol I tried to make the strap go through the plastic ring at first but the straps were too big for the rings and thought they were not meant to go pass that... but they actually were.

Yeah this is super wrong. At the end you’re supposed to fold up the excess string and clip it to the actual strap to keep it from coming undone
