Salam, Thank you for sharing this video of Tehran. May I make a suggestion? Slow down a little bit when you're walking . People like to observe their environment, people watch, I'm in American female who lived in Tehran for 10 years after the revolution during the Iran Iraq war and during the American hostages I speak fluent Farsi and I am teaching my 5-year-old little grandson for sale so I have been back to Tehran many many times I love the country and the people my children are half Persian. I noticed very few people wearing masks. It is almost impossible in Tehran to keep it 6 ft distance away from each other stay safe

There are no shortages of traffic lights in Tehran. Its a large city and wide and long avenues. I there was not enough traffic lights the city would be on a stand still permanently! Not sure how you can make out what traffic culture should look like, however each nation has its own. Although Iranians are know to drive rather fast.
