    If anyone is curious I did the sides before folding everything inside for the bottom stitch.

    At what point did you sew the sides?

    Great video but sewing the sides was left out of the tutorial…so I just sewed them together before sewing the bottom. 😊

    Thank you! I was not sure if I could sew a swim suit but this looks rather easy! Please post the pattern if you can!

      Oh I’m so happy to hear it! Yes seeing how it’s done first is a great way to gauge if you can do it yourself as well!! The pattern is from Lowland Kids the Reversible Swim Top and Bottom.

    beautiful work and fantastic tutorial. few quick questions- what are your serger/overlocker threads- are they a wooly nylon, polyester or cotton? and also what type of elastic did you use?

      @ComeCreateWithKim  3 года назад

      Thank you! I use 100% polyester for my serger threads. I like Maxilock brand. For elastic I used 1/4” knit elastic. It’s soft and stretchy. If the pattern calls for 3/8” then I always use a chlorine treated swim elastic.

    What kind of needle are you using for your invisible stitch?

      I hand stitched it.. just honestly whatever needle I had on hand, not sure the size.

      I hand stitch it closed, is that what you’re referring to?
