It has been stated that for the financial year 2018-19 CET Tier-I will be conducted in Feb 2019. Does it mean that there will be no exams in this whole year expect those exams whose notifications are already published?

oh no... it would be better to create more vacancies than changing exam pattern. the no.of candidates is increasing every year, but the no.of vacancies decreases every year... exams are getting tougher than like never before.

ye government pagal hai, IBPS ke exam dhang se hote the usko bhi barbad kar denge,SSC se 30-40 lakh ka exam to liya nhi jata, 5 crore ka ghanta le payenge.
