As a person who has visited India, this is my opinion. Kerala is all educated. Very secure. Best Culture. Those who wish to visit India should choose kerala.
If you see Kerala is the most beautiful state in India. In terms of health Kerala has a traditional approach of using aurveda or natural way to treat . It's good to know that international community appreciate the health workers of Kerala. Fast forward now in this criss time try are trying there best to reduce do deth rate which has shown results

We have both left and right government changing periodically but have a very good primary health (PHS) and education system which absolutely free. In particular higher literacy level bring all these changes comparing it's counterpart states. In recent years we faced a mammoth flood and then nipha virus attack.That preparedness of our PHS and it's brilliant doctors and other health workers made it possible along with the cohesive action with other public departments. During this pandemic our government is feeding and treating around an half a million of it's guest workers from other parts of India who got stranded due to lockdown.
We have a social consensus in Kerala that literacy and empowering people to learn behaviors that reduce unwanted pregnancies, good nutrition during pregnancy, and giving children educated mothers that promote learning amongst their children

I think Kerala is the wealthiest state in India It has the highest standards of living in India and even compared to some Asian countries. Literacy is almost I would say about 95%.Any way it is not a poor state by any means.
I think Kerala stands out because of its somewhat unity in diversity. Let it be in educating women (although that education goes waste after she marries, still an educated home maker makes better choices than an uneducated one including improving the literacy rate of future generation), fighting for LGBTQ rights, equal number of people belonging to major 3 religions have normalized diversity in the first place, also it’s one of the most business oriented society which adds to its average wealth per capita.

I think Kerala stands out because of its somewhat unity in diversity. Let it be in educating women (although that education goes waste after she marries, still an educated home maker makes better choices than an uneducated one including improving the literacy rate of future generation), fighting for LGBTQ rights, equal number of people belonging to major 3 religions have normalized diversity in the first place, also it’s one of the most business oriented society which adds to its average wealth per capita.
