I'm sure you guys know how blessed you are, but I have to say it.
You guys are so blessed to have such a tight nit family. Seeing a brother and sister so supportive of one another is wonderful. Knowing you have a Mom and Dad behind you just makes my heart swell.

I can't wait to see you back on the track especially up at Cottage Grove. It's great to see that you aren't trying to rush your recovery Carly. Oh man this is a great day, the Holmes family full circle once again, being timid coming back the way I see it once you're strapped in and fired up that will all be behind you while that love for, drive and desire will be mixed with a great adrenaline rush, you and Tanner are Champions you have a great crew and an awesome family, Carly will you be wearing any other than normal devices to support your back, have a great time building your car can't wait to see and follow your comeback✌👍

Carly, it is so good to see you and getting a update!!! Work in the gym (lite) weights, but start strength training !!! Keep up on your PT ! I have wrecked dirt bikes an I think everyone is timmed for the first few seconds , but it goes away quickly and the thrill of power and drive to WIN takes over !!!

This brought back so many memories of my days of being a pit crew member of a sprint car team, traveling across country, late nights, early morning car washes, no sleep, only to have the rewards of victory.. good luck to you Carly.
It's great to hear you help out other teams that are short on help or knowledge. That's old school racing way of doing thing. Not as common as it should be any more.

Sounds good Carly as long as you are not too stiff or sore every morning as you are still healing.. I would love to see you in those chili bowl cars .. you could kick everybody in and outa those corners... I like watching you put cars together. But one of the first things we did was put in the brake system with the hard lines zip tied to the frame with the master cylinder in pace.

Takes time and money I think the 1st time you go to pass someone you will be a little timid but that is normal and once you succeed then you will be ok

So why didn't Carly not replace the bent bar on this car? Carly can clearly weld, so she could do something like replacement of a straight bar on this car.
chrome moly needs tig welded not stick or mig is what I have seen Carly do but in time I am sure she will learn to tig weld
The butterflies in your stomach will feel like bats until you get to hit the loud button, then you'll be fine.
