The win conditions are 1. Which team does more gens, if that is tied then 2. Who got more hook stages, if that is tied 3. Who got more fresh hooks. So eternal did more gens and therefore they won no matter what, also it is counted by hook stages not times hooked. A kill is 3 hook stages.

@@gdjolly4115 Right but any comp killer should be aware of aim assist on tight corners, the Oni should’ve just been patient and did a quick double back to make sure he hit instead of lunging around the corner.

Comp observer noob question: I know survivors have their team voice chat during a match but is killer allowed to be in voice chat with his team as well?
I mean, are you expecting claud doing gen from 0, when killer has a hook in 2v1(nancy on hook, 3v1 after unhook)? playing slow ( reset nancy + stealth) is pretty good decision. Going hookstage by hookstage at 2 gens left with pop and pain res available and gens at 0% its 4K2 bro... i don't believe it's also appropriate how the caster at 22:48 don't acknowledge that play and makes fun of claud.

KL sometimes doesn't play survivor when he's not as good against the killer they're gonna face, doesn't like versing them much, or simply if someone else really wants to play against them. Same with killer: sometimes KL is more experienced at a killer but someone else really wants to play them and has practiced a lot with them, so KL lets them play the game instead. Couldn't really be a ping issue since KL lives in Germany, which means he always has good ping when playing on EU.

@@aidanwiens8728 Zaka is such a beast, it's crazy. Even when he was on Eternal, I often thought to myself "Holy fudge, how is he such an insane survivor and killer ?" he was MVP so often. Not that the others are bad, but he's on a whole other level. Even Knightlight has mentioned how, in his opinion, Zaka is the best killer on DbD. With him on Elysium (which already had a very strong team), things have really shifted. Now Eternal actually _has_ to practice instead of just chilling in pubs :P
They're not "dogwater." Keep in mind that there are qualifications, and Malice had to win games to go higher, which is a testimony to their skills. But they're also new in the higher brackets, so they're pretty much newcomers who had to face the champions, Eternal, instantly. They're not at all nearly as experienced as Eternal, of course they're not gonna dominate. There's an obvious skill difference between the dominating comp teams and the others, because the players in the dominating comp teams have been around for years: they have more experience in the game and the comp scene, so both their plays and decision making are much better.

Ok, can someone explain to me how eternal won the wraith set? Yes, they did more gens, but had less hooks.
