76 damage per secondary hit isn't much, I think it's more effective for long range champions combined with attack speed boost anomalies

They must have hot-fixed it because I tried it at release and her 3 spell punches didn't count as autos to send Runaan bolts. It does seem bugged still though because violet 4 had 210AD and bolts are supposed to go 85% damage. But the bolts were doing at most 81, which would mean either the opponent's all had the equivalent of 120 armor or durability.
It ESPECIALLY isn't counting the 3 spell punches as empowered autos like Draven's though.
Equation: (210-(81*(1/.85)))/210=x/(x+100) where "x" is armor and "81" is the highest damage I saw a bolt do.
