I have the exact same machine, is oiling necessary? which part to oil and how?

Yes oiling is necessary but not too much if you are using daily then oil your machine once a week but if you use ocassionaly then oil your machine once in a month if necessary you can check this video of mine ruclips.net/video/FyB15V21mbs/видео.html :) maybe you get some help all the guidance are here
