Asside from being the second most annoying soldering job I've ever seen (my own being far worse, so there's that) this is a great upcycle I think I have to try myself, now! You made it look so easy that now my only fear is that I'd dork it up with my own soldeing job or missing a detail, but you included so much information that I feel more confident about being able to do it. Thanks for this video!
hi, i have a laptop and hear music with the earphones plugged into. i wonder if instead of the earphones, you can cut off the little speakers and connect it to old stereo speakers. any tips?
But is this really more cost effective than getting better computer speakers? Those look pretty beat up. Parts can be expensive unless you just happen to have some extras around or find them at a garage sale.
This is totally wrong because old speaker was 2 watts and new I speaker 10 watts . I think u don't know that about amplifier power range . this mini amplifier can run only 2 watt or maximum 3 watts speakers and u wanna run 10+10 watts speaker with this mini amplifier. This is totally wrong first learn about amplifier power range watts and speaker watts
Syed Ali Actually the amp is able to make 10w speaker works, and the speaker are not exactly 10w tho, 10w is just their normal output, China really likes to have the “4OHM 10W” sign on many cheap 3/4” drivers, so the amp could power these speaker just fine, you can even use a 3w amp to power a 100w speaker like I do without any issue, but just only the volume is not loud otherwise it is fine
@@speakerguy9468 I always do this to a speaker when i test it.Bcoz I dont want the speaker to blow up as usual. But i found a 12 watt amplifier which can drive 40 watt speakers and make 3-5 watt speakers go crazy but never blow up.
Prod. Jacob Me too, but in the past I did that until my main amp was destroyed because of my stupidity, now I don’t like to blow speakers either, they smells so bad

Why not put a little acoustic wool inside?

I would have opened up the plastic grille.

You are right
i like the look of the old beige speakers a lot more then modern ones.
I buy them from a electronics parts store
Legalább 2x5W-os hangszorót kellett volna választanod, elvégre ha jól láttam a végfok IC egy TDA2822-es lehetett.
Very easy make😁😁😁😁💩💩💩

Prod. Jacob To really blowing a 3-5W speakers required a at least 15W amplifier to did that smoke-coil show
