AMVmakerWU You extract the sound mods to Steam>SteamApps>common> Left 4 Dead 2>left4dead2>sound>player>survivor>voice. The K-ON sound pack does not replace every original voice, so if you don't want hear them mixed in, delete all the original survivor voices first before extracting the K-ON ones. After that, launch your game and type snd_rebuildaudiocache in the command console and wait for it to finish. Restart and play.

Is it just me or are the character animations broken in the new version?
If you are using the K-ON models in online games, they will have broken animations, otherwise they should work fine in single player.
Yeah they work in singleplayer, thx. I hope someone will fix the online animations.
