Been doing 28 day buddhability challenge. And what a challenge it has been. So grateful for having my gohonzon during this covid-19. With all of negativity and political unrest it feels we are being pulled apart. There doesn't seem to a middle. It's either republican madness or democrat madness. Instead of watching news, I beenl using this time to focus more on my daimoku. Chanting daily to heal our country. Buddhability has been instrumental helping me focus and stay on track to bring about more discipline and consistency in the amount of my daimoku. I used to sit in front of the gohonzon with a scattered mind. Buddhability has helped me to focus so that I bring about the very best of myself and my community. Thank you creating this video. It's just like chanting in person with sgi family. I miss hearing each of them. This video takes sting of missing them all.
I love your comment. I have been chanting for almost half a century and am proabably a moderate conservative. It sure does make sense to chant more and worry less. People on both sides are angry and frightened, and Buddhism is there for all of us.

Yes, we are looking forward to the gathering of 50k youth in the SGI. Plenty to chant about. I am also teaching people to chant. Many are inspired and chant with me. Change poison into medicine. As we change our lives & environment, 'the 3 obstacles and the 4 devils emerge'; we are making progress, then we emerge victorious. Happier and healthier. So, I continue morning and evening gongyo, and lot's of daimoku. Thanks.
Ah the exercise of the mind, body and soul that strengthens us from the core. I realized a few years ago that daimoku strengthens one's life force, causing them to reach the highest states of courage, confidence, self-esteem and wisdom. It brings out that inner you that you didn't even know you had. That inner us is beautiful, powerful, compassionate, strong, courageous and most of all grateful.

There are lots of videos that say fast daimoku and I find them very slow. This is first one I've come across that actually has decent momentum that keeps the pace vigorous. I find my vibration raises and shifts faster when I chant at this pace.
