    This is exactly how I am going to do my sister's hutch. I didn't think about the plastic wrap. Thank God we bought that. Thanks for the video.

    Jason, this was perfect. Watched the video and then took the glass out of a big glass hutch so we could move it. Your instructions were exactly what I needed.

    Great video! China cabinets are often something you can't even give away anymore. Their weight and volume make them completely worthless, and they take up too much space. Not a whole lot of strong backs to move things like that nowadays. I would be telling the movers not to worry about being careful with it, only to please get it out of here and hopefully not have to pay for a dump run on top of it.

    You could have gotten the glass shelves out by first putting all shelves down on bottom of cabinet. Then you would have room to maneuver all shelves out through the front of cabinet. I've done it numerous times throughout my twenty five years of moving. Very seldom will you get a china cabinet where the shelves won't come out of the front.
