The upgrade tool doesn't work. I don't know if it ever worked with non-trivial apps, but after upgrading it can't find any of the references it created, and it claims literally every control on every xaml layout doesn't exist. My app is pretty straightforward (no custom renderers, no handlers, nothing fancy or platform specific) and it still shows me an error *on every line of code generated by the tool*.
