100% agree. There’s no point in keeping the racket on your side ( 3 o’clock position) when the ball bounces. From bounce to contact there’s much less time than you think, from bounce to contact there’s actually just enough time for the racket to go down and forward. Any more take back there screws up the stroke.
Hi Thomas, we use an Ipad and in this video we're using the Coach's Eye app. Unfortunately that app is no longer being supported so moving forward we will be using the OnFrom appliction. Great product with lots of options!
My question is when to you decide to release the non Dominant hand on the racket while waiting for the ball before hitting the ground stroke you always hear to keep it as long as possible so nothing can go wrong
Ideally you release the racket when the non dominant arm is straight (horizontal) across the body. It can come back a bit more to help enable the body in it's coil if necessary but the hand must release before the incoming ball has hit on yourside of the court. Hope this helps!
Hi Steven, in the video we're using Coaches Eye but the software is currently not being supported as they are stopping their service. We are now using OnForm. Pricey but a great tool for analysis.
GREAT coaching there, no doubt!
Much appreciated!

Well said my man. Thanks for the feedback
Nate, is that an Apple or Microsoft tablet? The quality is so much better than using a phone. And where do you purchase the software? Many thanks!

Hey Nate, what software do you guys use for recording and then showing the footage to your players? It looks super easy to use
Prob coach eye
I use iCloo, way faster and easier to use if you're just want to see yourself
