Great content. Now I am even more curious to explore that grey spot on my map of Nova Scotia. Do you know the history of the Cafe Gourmand? My french colleagues described it to me as an invention of the french chefs to have something for the ladies that were not willing to have a dessert because of the calories. This way they can claim to only have had a coffee. I have to admit - those french chefs are smart ;-)

Seems like 50% of more of RUclipsrs are under the impression the camera is a mirror. Happy to look at you for 2 mins while you head somewhere new. After that why don’t you actually show us what your SEEING?
