Relational Depth --- Confluence --- Profound contact and engagement -- Being there with the other -- Intent to understand the other's frame of reference -- I and thou relation, all human -- being there unconditionally for the other -- Moment(ary) not place or destination.
    Clearly conveyed understanding.

You’ve hit on something that I’ve experienced and been fascinated by, to say the least. But I also find that it can be emotionally slippery, particularly with the opposite sex, but even with the same sex for straight individuals. Unexpected feelings of attraction can well up and even sexual feelings and can cause misunderstandings and serious repercussions if not handled wisely and promptly. Can you please comment on this in more in depth? It seems that one’s character and maturity has to be well developed to be able to handle this level of intimacy without it veering off into unintended directions. This realm of intimacy is uncharted territory for many people and can cause a lot of fear and anxiety. It involves self revelation in an almost telepathic sense and seems to have profound healing potential.
