Thank you very much dear friend for your very good and interesting video. I really enjoyed watching it. May God bless you always happy and healthy my dear🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩😍😍🌹🌹🌹
I thoroughly enjoyed the videos! It's so neat to watch the products that are being farmed turn into daily essentials. I have such an appreciation for your culture because it's what we would say, "you can truly live off the land."
@@vicky8dacookies My grandmother is eighty years old and almost everything she does is from the old times. She used to do many things in the old times, such as raising sheep and cows, milking them and cooking for ceremonies, as well as housework and child care.
@@Damashiha I am so glad you are able to witness and learn from your grandmother. Such traits and traditions must be kept alive and nurtured for the next generation - absolutely wonderful. And to know that she is 80 years old, wow! Thank you so much for the explaination.
@@vicky8dacookies Thank you very much, my dear Vicky, with your prayers, I am getting better day by day, and Shahriar and Fardin are taking care of me🙏😍🥰🥰😘😘♥️♥️
Interesting how she took what was hardened, formed it into blocks, washed it, grind it, and inside a baking cloth it went. I'm thinking she put the stone on white baking cloth bag to get all the air out, and to smash it down. Fascinating to watch!
Alot of spices (ty for listing them in your bio) go into that eggplant pickle - the aroma must fill up the entire kitchen. What was Mother crocheting after she was done praying? little potholders maybe? so colorful and beautiful.
@@vicky8dacookies Yes, I need to write subtitles for my new video as soon as possible and write the names of the spices and vegetables, but I also used the same pickled spice that I wrote in the description and it was excellent. wait, this is a continuation after reading the bio - so it is a new video. I was confused because the previous comments are in place from the first video (I get it). Beautiful capture of the fog setting in - that mist that hangs down from the air is a reflection of the fall season.

Was it goat's milk or cow's milk that was being used? Just wondering.
@@vicky8dacookies It was cow's milk, the same cows that you saw in the previous videos, my mother milked them🥰🥰💚♥️♥️
@@Damashiha wow, how kool is that!! ty for answering. My prayers & love to you and your entire family.
Sedigheh, was the liquid mixture apple cider vinegar & water?
No, my good friend was grape vinegar that I poured into the eggplants and pickled red cabbage🥰🥰😘😘
The texture of the eggplant pickle looks 'mushy, creamy, soft.' Is it used as a spread of some sort? spread it on bread?
Yes, its texture is soft and it has a sweet and sour taste
We eat it with food like the previous pickle😋😋
Forgive me Sedigheh, my comments on this page written today were all for the Pt2 pickle video. I just restarted my computer - how weird is that.
It's okay, my dear Vicky, don't worry
I understand🥰🥰💖💖💖💖
