Jennifer, this person you speak of is my younger wicked sister. She used me for money during my time of need, and tried to keep me stuck in a low place. People have told me since childhood my sister was jealous of me, and I find that very disturbing. I just told a few family and friends that I honestly believed that if my younger sister somehow got word that I won a nice sum of money, she would try to kill me for it or do something extremely harmful to me for it. If somebody STEALS something from another and the police recover the stolen items, it doesn't feel right that it's considered a "loss" for the thief (almost makes you feel sorry for them), and to top it off they feel entitled to be MAD AT THEIR VICTIM for having to give back! Maybe there should be a card in tarot that says "high horse repossessed" to give a clearer picture in these situations?
