Love this peanut butter theme! I love peanut butter whoopie pies! I just had red velvet and coconut creme whoopie pies on the weekend. They were huge! Those Klondike’s are good. Can you do a coconut theme next and eat the coconut junior tastykakes and maybe Arcois cookies? Love both of those. Last week, lol I swear but I ate a box of those coconut juniors 2 days in a row… you get 4 juniors in a box. I ate 4 Tuesday and 4 Wednesday lol love those things.

If i were you I would try showing my body respect and not eat such damaging food in huge, daily quantities. Or at the very least educate yourself on nutrition so you wouldn’t even need willpower to restrain yourself from such junk. I know its “your life” but obesity, diabetes and heart disease have become ridiculously common.

@@elyystay the problem is that people have a pretty skewed idea of what “healthy” food is. They think that wholemeal bread, pasta, granola bars and store-bought juice are considered healthy. So therefore, eating junk because you think your pasta salads and kellogg’s cereals will offset the damaging effects is really dangerous…but you are right about the exercise. It’s great that you are fit!

dig your vids! good audio and visual. no distractions. clean and simple. i support your dessert/sweet theme (rather an savory). i might suggest combining some of the products sometimes though ... like eating a soft texture with a crunchy or adding whipped cream sometimes to crunchy to add a muffled affect (a la bonggil) ... just to consider.
