Aloha Deborah!! We took an individual flight to Greenland from Nhis hometown of Denmark. Last year.. you could only go to Greenland from Iceland or Denmark. Now.. you can go to Nuuk, Greenland directly from Canada😁🤙
@SeanKaleponi🌴Aloha Sean!🦀I love crab! $42 is crazy expensive😲for snow crab.🦀You can get snow crab here for $6.99 pound. I didn't realize the difference before but, Dungeness crab is so much better and tastier and cost $9.99 pound.🐂I first had oxtail when I was a kid and it is so delicious, juicy and the meat is so tender, it almost melts in your mouth. It looks like the ox meat there is really thick, kinda dry and tough. Sean you need to try the oxtail I've been eating since I was a kid, you would❤love it.🐶The sled dog ride looks heck of fun!!!👍🏼🤙🏼🌴

The dogs are most often not dangerous. But they are seen as tools. Their way of life is quite rough. Be aware - they might attack you even though they look fluffy. Greetings from a local Ilulissat-based doctor who often see tourists who came to close to the dogs :-)
Thank you for your words of advice. I saw that some dogs aren't chained in Illulisat so I figure they have to be sage since they gave us no problems. But they are still wild so I'll remember that. 👍

my kid bro was there 2 days ago with his family for a dinner, he lives in Aasiaat, the next town over!back in 1974 his father in law had his confirmation, he said they could ride snowmobiles from Aasiaat to Ilulisat, it used to be so cold that there would only be ice for miles, somehow there wasnt snow on land!now you have to sail in winter to from town to town!so global warming is kinda true!

I'm a Greenlander, and you only tried the tourist "Greenland foods." You didn't even try frozen halibut or mattak. What you had on this video is hotel food, only the best resources in a hotel environment.
Both of you guys were probably freezing in the cold environment. Especially your from a tropical climate. Seems like both of your mouths were frozen. While you were talking.
Aloha Vincent. Nhi is used to the cold but I'm not. It was freezing temperatures and our mics got frozen and I did get purple lips at times. But we had fun🤙👍

Aloha Deborah!! We took an individual flight to Greenland from Nhis hometown of Denmark. Last year.. you could only go to Greenland from Iceland or Denmark. Now.. you can go to Nuuk, Greenland directly from Canada😁🤙

@SeanKaleponi🌴Aloha Sean!🦀I love crab! $42 is crazy expensive😲for snow crab.🦀You can get snow crab here for $6.99 pound. I didn't realize the difference before but, Dungeness crab is so much better and tastier and cost $9.99 pound.🐂I first had oxtail when I was a kid and it is so delicious, juicy and the meat is so tender, it almost melts in your mouth. It looks like the ox meat there is really thick, kinda dry and tough. Sean you need to try the oxtail I've been eating since I was a kid, you would❤love it.🐶The sled dog ride looks heck of fun!!!👍🏼🤙🏼🌴

The dogs are most often not dangerous. But they are seen as tools. Their way of life is quite rough. Be aware - they might attack you even though they look fluffy.
Greetings from a local Ilulissat-based doctor who often see tourists who came to close to the dogs :-)
Thank you for your words of advice. I saw that some dogs aren't chained in Illulisat so I figure they have to be sage since they gave us no problems. But they are still wild so I'll remember that. 👍

my kid bro was there 2 days ago with his family for a dinner, he lives in Aasiaat, the next town over!back in 1974 his father in law had his confirmation, he said they could ride snowmobiles from Aasiaat to Ilulisat, it used to be so cold that there would only be ice for miles, somehow there wasnt snow on land!now you have to sail in winter to from town to town!so global warming is kinda true!

I'm a Greenlander, and you only tried the tourist "Greenland foods." You didn't even try frozen halibut or mattak. What you had on this video is hotel food, only the best resources in a hotel environment.
